The objective is to provide advocacy materials that will be used to engage the legislature and MDAs in the approval of the federal health budget proposals. We reviewed the line item provisions focused on MNCH to determine their propriety and adequacy and whether Nigeria is meeting her obligations under the Abuja Declaration.
