The objectives of the study leading to this report are to determine the extent of implementation of constituency projects for PHC, to determine the extent of implementation of MNCH projects approved in tertiary health institutions, to determine the challenges in the implementation of MNCH projects in both PHCs and tertiary health institutions and make recommendations for improvement, to conduct advocacy from the findings on the state of the PHCCs on the visited projects sites and make specific recommendations for systemic improvement.
